Cell-Based Screening
The CBS facility possesses the equipment (including a Hamilton Precision Liquid Handling System) and the expertise to help researchers develop and run genome scale cell based screens of cDNAs, siRNAs and genomic small molecule libraries. Outputs include whole well absorbance, luminescence or fluorescence, as well as high content imaging approaches.
