Undergraduate Interdisciplinary Research
Summer Internship Program
PGFI provides an interdisciplinary research program for Genome Sciences. The goal of the program is to provide undergraduate students with opportunities for training and research in genome sciences, which includes genomics, computational biology, genomics-related engineering and systems modeling. The selected students will work with scientists associated with PGFI and receive interdisciplinary research training during the months of June and July. A stipend of $2,000 per month will be provided. A subset of students will be encouraged to conduct year-long guided research during the academic year and will be provided with research resource support.
Eligibility: Freshman, Sophomore and Junior students matriculating full-time at Penn
